    Innovation is an integral part of the creative process in a cultural sphere. Innovations in the cultural sphere give impetus to innovations in many other spheres of activity directly contributing to the development of design, fashion, publishing, computer games and indirectly forming the behavioural models of consumers in the sphere of work, leisure and entertainment. Cultural sphere is crucially dependent on a human factor because a creator or a group of creators is a generator of innovations in culture. In this regard the important role belongs to the development of human capacity through education and generation of relevant societies aimed at innovations.
