A lot of eligibility measures have been realizing for last years on the way to forming complete competitive economy in Uzbekistan republic. For instance, modernization process of national economy has been continuing, foreign investments have been attracting, entities have been renewal by modern technologies and equipments, products have been localizing, special attention giving to training specialists, enhancing international cooperation and others. Thanks to complex and systematically implementing such measures GDP increasing makes up more 8 % in the republic economy in resent years. Notably, widely and profoundly realizing various measures of localizations in national economy is an important factor of steadily develop of economy. In this respect has been adopted special program of government of the republic. Consequently, it is necessity to research comprehensively the measures which taken into special accounted by state program.
