In the process of updating education systems of European countries it is observed the following trends : increasing the length of compulsory education; rapid quantitative growth of the students and, consequently, higher schools; the growing importance of foreign language learning, promoting mobility of students and teachers, the creation and dissemination of common standards of education etc. An important feature of the educational system of Europe is "the European dimension of education" when youth studies European community as a human community which seeks to build a new integrated society. In connection with this educational strategy it has been formed the appropriate conditions for such innovations in higher education as the Bologna process.
