CONFLICTS IN INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY

Conflicts are an integral part of any society’s life. In terms of competition which means to be honest one without monopolism and protectionism, any company must develop, increase its efficiency to survive. All this is impossible without innovations. In any company staff has different attitude towards innovations. Such attitude can cause arising of significant contradictions, psychological barriers to innovations that can lead to serious conflicts. They became urgent in Ukraine due to difficulties of social and economic situation and political instability in the country.
