INTERPRETATION AND FACTOR OF SUBJECTIVITY IN SIMULTANEOUS INTERPRETING

In XXI century in the framework of globalization, current economic and political situation, the countries increasingly hold meetings on a very high level in the form of negotiations, congresses, conferences and summits. In this regard, there is a need to highlight a role of interpreters since no any international event takes place without their involvement. In Kazakhstan, in particular, in the capital Astana there is a recently observed tendency of increased demand on simultaneous interpretation services. Therefore, a profession of interpreter becomes popular and, involuntarily we start thinking about the training of future translators and interpreters. However, when we speak about education and training we should pay attention to the translation process, and, here we speak about simultaneous interpreting. A simultaneous interpreter into the English language is translated as interpreter or “language interpreter”. This implies that an interpreter when working makes interpretation of the speech heard but not literal expression in the other language.But what does interpretation mean?
