System of teaching foreign languages has been created as part of the implementation of the reforms on the basis of the Law "On Education" and the "National Program for the Training of Personnel", a complex in the system of continuous education, which is aimed to the formation of a harmoniously developed, educated, modern thinking young generation, as well as, further integration of the republic in the world community. Indeed, 2012 was the time for a radical review of Uzbekistan in the preparation of the harmonious development of staff that is able to speak fluently in a foreign language, to use effectively the achievements of the world civilization and world information resources, with high communication competence in the implementation of international cooperation.
