Unemployment rate is one of the main characteristics that describes the economy of a country or a region. In general, it is almost always true that the higher the unemployment rate, the worse the economy situation is. Actually, nearly six million fewer people are employed today than just four years ago.  It is advisible to create about 200,000 jobs per month for nearly three straight years to get the employment level up to the 2007 level.
